Horrible Wendy?s. I?m not the type to ever write bad reviews, I only write good reviews for great places and great service. But... man, the lady at the drive thru the with colorful hair shouldn?t be working at all. Sounded very annoyed to take my order. Noenthusiasm for life whatsoever, lmao. Get to the window and doesn?t acknowledge me, barely hands me the food, no sauce includedin the bag, when I asked before hand. Then just walks away but is just standing looking at her nails. Asked for a few differentsauces but they don?t have nothing. Chicken sandwich was burnt. Fries were Stale. Wendy?s has never let me down before. Gave mebad food and horrible service But they took money from me. Amazing! Read more
Maybe all Wendy's in this area aren't that great? They get your food out quickly but I got sick after eating a burger from them.... Maybe only get the Frosty or something? Otherwise this place is a decent way to get a quick bite to eat if you really need it. Read more
I know is a fast food restaurant but service is horrible. They leave you waiting for a long time to take your order while cars... cut in front of you and she takes their order and when you ask her why she plays dumb (heavy set lady with braids) no respectfor people?s time or customer service. Terrifying! They pretend there is no line but make everyone park in the phone order lot which is right next to the crack addict... bus stop. So you are forced to fend off beggars. They do this so you won?t know how long your food will take and since they haveyour money already you are forced to sit there while beggars come up to your window. Also the attitude of drive thru staff isintimidating. They seriously yell at you. Don?t let them trick you just drive away. It?s not worth the risk of your safety. Read more
We grabbed a quick lunch at the local Wendy's because we hadn't been there in a long time and were in rush. We went thru the... drive up and were greeted by a very sweet older lady who was very helpful and knew what she was doing. We ordered the Hot HoneyChicken classic sandwich with fries. There were 2 other Hot Honeys labeled "Spicy" and "Grilled". I can't handle very spicy foodso I ordered the "classic" thinking it would be the mildest. Oh no, my mouth was burning 1/2 way thru the sandwich and Icouldn't finish the rest of it. I drank half a bottle of water immediately. I did like the fried pickles though. The fries werecooked right but oversalted!! Wouldn't you know it, the cookies tasted just right! So it will probably be another few monthsbefore we go back. No real complaints here, everyone has their own likes and dislikes about food. Read more
Horrible walk in service.???????????? And definitely a dirty place, the health department should randomly visit and check out... this dirty restaurant. But like I always say; isnt the employees fault !!! Is 100% the Restaurant Manager resposability to besure the employees are doing their job correctly and keeping the place clean... Read more
