Long line, they where out of sodas, slow to take orders and slower to get them out. The app failed to place an order for this... location. Had to go eat somewhere else, it's an airport people don't have half an hour to waste waiting to reach the cashier and20 more minutes waiting for mediocre food. Read more
Mixed orders, no responsibility from the site of the manager because you took a bite on the mixed sandwich and then realize that... it was mixed. "That's on you sir". Highly not recommended. Read more

This Wendy's is probably the worst one I've ever been to. I had a layover in Miami and I just wanted a Wendy's burger, fries,... and a shake. I walked FOREVER, full well knowing it was really far away, but I thought it would be worth it. I had to order myfood at the kiosk because they would not take orders from customers. Once I did that, I waited AT LEAST 20 MINUTES for my food.There were tons of other customers waiting that long too. The workers were not effective at getting their work done in a timelymanner. I do not recommend going here, especially if you have a short layover. Read more
New manager is the most rudest and has 0 customer service skills. She is the absolute worst. I feel bad for her staff.
The worst Wendy's ever... The chili has no beans and is liquid and disgusting chucks of meat. Bake potato with sour cream and... chives, has no sour cream. And the burger with that supposed to have lettuce, do not have it. Read more
