The cashier was rude. My order was wrong. I will never ever go there again
Food is usually warm and well made, no complains there. But my 5 stars go to Jason. He is seriously the most professional and... nicest attendant I?ve encountered in a while. He is always super attentive to the order, well spoken, calm and contagiouslynice. We work close by and usually pick up quick lunch here, it?s always nice to see him at the pickup window. I hope he gets anawesome bonus or a raise, cause he?s way nicer and more professional than the manager himself, no offense. Read more
15 minutes sitting in drive thru. Resteraunt is empty and 1 car waiting in drive through. Just to order nuggets and frys.... Manager and employee sitting around doing nothing. No sense of urgency. I spent more in gas waiting.! Read more

Excellent service! Jake was very professional and courteous. He took the time to wipe my coffee cup clean, labeled all the bags... with the number of the order, and most important of all, he was polite and took pride in his work. He made sure to tell me whichof the coffees had cream and what the numbers on the bags meant (meal numbers so I know what food item was inside the bag).Great job! Read more
Late night munchies so I brought my family here visiting from Chile we live right down the road literally we got home our... burgers cold, fries were old they forgot our order of nuggets and I had to return only to find out we were missing nuggets Theyhave the ac blasting! it HAS to be below 60 degrees! in there I don?t know why they have the ac so low. I was freezing waitingfor my food. I called back talked to manager he recognized my voice and repeated my order back which was fine but I told himabout our food he said he put those fries in fresh for us and that can?t be true. They were chewy. I had to throw almost all ourfood away I wasn?t going back a third time I could?nt let my family eat that. The only good thing was our frostys. I feel terrible for the people that work with this person because the man is verbally abusive towards the workers here. JOEL... maybe he is a manager that believes doing this is ok but it's not. I was at the second window for less than a min and thehorrible things he was saying about other workers is unacceptable. I'm sure the workers don't say anything for fear of losingtheir job. Read more
