Horrible ordered nuggets they where super hard the fries where burned and hard as well wasted 16 dollars to not be able to eat... nothing. The only good things where the drinks. I ordered beacon cheese burger and fries, after telling the manager please give me fresh fries. The drive thru stills give me... reheated fries and cold dry hamburger with dried up beacon. I have ordered from this location in the past the time before thefries was overheated and this time the entire order was disgusting. I reported this location to corporate office and they didnothing. People who work as regional directors I bet are getting hush money not to report what is going on. Stay away from thislocation and spend your money at McDonalds in the crossings. Read more
Wife and I split one of their new burgers, it was okay but still to greasy; wish they would sear to see I'd they can eliminate... some of that grease. Good try anyway. Read more
I'm sure the employees are nice but this location needs more support. Their computer system is always messed up or they are too... backed up to take mobile orders. Read more
No sauce offered, had to back up and ask for ketchup after waiting 10 min for my food. Was given 2 small packets which was not... even close to what I needed. Phone number does not work! Read more
Service is fine and food is good. The biggest issue is the drive thru. People come from the side entrance and throw themselves... into the 2nd drive thru speaker like if it was a stand alone line. While others are waiting properly. They should really installa concrete divider to stop people from skipping the actual line. Read more
I actually haven't been here recently, but I tried calling them to confirm they had the new Strawberry frosty. The Wendy's... closest to me said their machine was broken and could only have one flavor. So when I ordered on the app and came through thedrive through I had to accept chocolate. This Wendy's will not answer their phone. I understand being busy and not being able toanswer on the first try but it goes to voicemail which is ridiculous. The food was always just okay but for a while they wereshorting customers on fries. You'd order a medium theyd give you a small. It happened to me and then the next time I ordered indrive thru the car ahead of me wasnt having it. I knew I wasnt crazy. Lol They had a large order and made the employee take backall the fries that were too small. I get to the window and they had done the same to me. So I haven't been back. And I won't beback given the other one star reviews. Read more
Not the best one I've visited.. been there 5 times and the 5 times something was missing... Fries were hot lol
