It was so late, and I was starving and stopped at the first fast food place..so glad I did. Firstly the lady working the window... was fantastic. As I was placing my order she recommended options. At the window I was stunned there was no bad odor that cameout. The usual one of burning oil or reused oil. She gave me my food and I had to eat while driving. It was fresh. The lettucewas crispy the burger wasn't greasy and the fries were fresh made and super hot. I happen to get a 4 piece nuggets and for thefirst time ever they were great!!!!Every other location they are always so dry and hard. Horrible.. today October 31 at 12.10 p.m... I order a number 5 combo and I ask to the cashier or manager ,if she can toast my... burger buns one more time because my gastritis .and she went all crazy about it. she don't provide with a name or store number.The store is located at 16 avenue NW and 7st across ball park miami. Well the lady that took our order the manager was so rude. We will never be going back there thanks to her. The lady at the... first window that charges you is the sweetest ever! You need more employees like her. But the manager should definitely bereplaced. She kept giving us attitude and then laughed at us when my mom asked if she was tired of hearing her voice because shegave my mom attitude like she was bothered when we went to add something to our order. Very rude people; what they need to do is understand what people order and not mess up the order. Mine and my girlfriend food... was cold plus we working at loandepo park so we had to order food and go back to the park since we was working.
