We rarely eat fast food, but on three separate occasions, we've had the worst experience. This Wendy's needs new workers that... actually do their work. We've come to order to the drive-thru three times now and the first two times, their excuse was thesystem was down so we could not order. The third time we placed a mobile order and they claim to have never received an onlineorder even though the app confirmed it AND we had paid for it. The manager was incredibly rude and the other people working areequally incompetent, rude, and just collecting a paycheck doing nothing. One of the workers seemed to be high as well. I went last night and I ordered by the drive thru. When I pay the lady asked me to move my car back and wait my food for more... then 8 minutes, when my food was ready, I missed two frostys and I let the lady know, and she said "oh ok but can you go aroundand can back? Not happy with my experience here lately. Overall not careful with their drive thru orders. Was sold rotten milk today with a... meal we ordered for a child. Thankfully my child noticed it tasted funny and told an adult who checked it and confirmed it wasrotten, even though it was before expiration date. This tells me it was not refrigerated properly.
