Some of the rudest customer service I have ever seen in humankind. When will these establishments understand that sometimes it?s... not a problem of waiting, it?s the problem with not being acknowledged and treated rudely. I asked politely if they could do nocheese on my panini and the guy just stares at me like if I?m bothering him. Then after 15 minutes or so I ask about the eta onmy sandwich (because I have to go back to work). He responds irritated with all this attitude ?eta? and I said sir I?m askingpolitely there?s nothing wrong with that, to which he makes a smirk.
