I remember my first time having Vicky?s and boy was I not dissatisfied. This bakery is a local spot in the southwest Miami Dade... area located off of US1 highway. Vicky?s has a variety of options featuring Cuban sandwiches, Media Noches, BreakfastCroissants, Empanadas, and Pastries. I witnessed an employee confronting another employee while she was taking my order. She followed my server around in a... threatening manner and finally threw a tray right next to her while she was delivering my order. At that point I asked for asupervisor to report these incidents. To my SURPRISE, the BULLY was the supervisor. I let her know in unequivocal terms that herbehavior was inappropriate and that she should treat her employees with respect. I hope the owners read this note and protecttheir employees from this supervisor. Two employees thanked me for my comments as I was leaving the premises.
