They didn?t properly seat the containers on my to go order and I had a whole soup soil in my car and suitcase with work files.... When I went back they weren?t helpful matter of fact two employees thought it was funny. Overall a bad experience and not even agreat soup in relation to the cost. Never going back Read more

I thought I was getting what I paid for. The Ramens flavor was AMAZING! BuT BURNT! I paid a pretty good penny... the... seasonings were good AND I was only there for my wife who had a our baby just the day prior. And we were BOTH disappointed inthe lack of care in cooking it. Great ingredients, bad cooking. We wish it was different because we've come to love the"cafeteria" style atmosphere and we sometimes have brought our children that we homeschool. They Love the choices and Asianculture they are able to "acquire". But My Wife and I were HEAVILY disappointed in the cooking of the food. I wanted more formy wife's first meal after giving birth. We'll try again down the road. Read more

The veggie ramen was off. The broth was very powdery and salty. The menu states it has plenty of veggies in it but it only had a... few grape tomatoes and peppers. Since the broth was gross I couldn?t finish it. Definitely not worth $20! Read more

Pork was too thick and it tasted funny like it has gone bad. Other than that broth and noodles were good.

Usagi Ramen is an establishment within 1-800-Lucky building. They specialize in ramen with variations of pork, chicken, or... veggie. I ended up choosing the Spicy Tantan Ramen since I'm a spice freak. There was an option between chicken or pork and Iopted for the chicken version. I really enjoyed the broth and noodles, but the meat itself was overcooked and rubbery. The brothwas really good with a creamy element to it that had a good underlying cashew taste. The noodles were enjoyable too. Great biteand tasty! If the chicken was cooked properly then it would have faired a lot better. I think next time I'd opt for the porkthough since I think that flavor profile would fit better and add to the richness. Overall, a decent place that can be madebetter with refining their craft. This new ramen spot inside 1-800-Lucky is the funk! I cannot believe how amazing it is! As much as I enjoyed their predecessor,... this ramen place has not only filled the shoes of the prior spot, but superseded the prior ramen! Not only is their ramenauthentic, but the service is absolutely amazing! I enjoyed the Tokusei Shoyu Ramen and it was phenomenal! The portion wasamazing, the broth tasted homemade & soo good without being too salty, which always makes me wary with Shoyu ramen... The porkwas divine and the noodles tasted amazing! Of course I cannot enjoy ramen without the egg and this was no exception! everythingfrom start to finish was amazing! I cannot wait to try the other ramen available! The service, ugh amazing! The staff was sofriendly, nice, attentive & knowledgable. They were able to explain every ramen to me and the components with no rush at all. They served up the ramen quickly & they asked how good it was. For being the new spot on the block, they will definitely growquickly because service is everything when there are so many choices in one spot! Definitely a must go! 1-800-Lucky is a greatspot in general, but they made a great decision in acquiring this as their new ramen spot! Will definitely be back to enjoytheir menu and continue boasting about their food and their service! Try this spot & thank me later! Read more
