I wish I could do a better job of getting the word out there. This place is absolutely awful. I wish I could give it 0... stars. Short version - service is lacking, drinks aren?t good, food is subpar, and it?s overpriced. I?ll start from the top.1) No service - just online ordering at your table. This is maybe fine, except the whole thing is supposed to be customordering. Tons of staff just standing around throughout our visit (also maybe fine, but feeds into cost and therefor pricing). Also, they add an 18% automatic gratuity. Not sure what for since we do our own ordering online. 2) I had a margarita - it was alittle sweet, but fine. My girlfriend had a lemonade - it was literally a ?Simply Lemonade? in the bottle. 3) Ordered theBuffalo Cauliflower. It was way over-cooked, greasy, and didn?t taste like Buffalo. Buffalo cauliflower is one of my favoritesand pretty hard to mess up. These were bland, and made me feel gross. 4) Everything came with plastic cutlery - both lazy andbad for the environment. 5) Shoestring fries were actually fine. 6) my girlfriend had a chicken sandwich. It was flat, dry, andmostly bland. She ate less than half. 7) I got the Miami burger. It wasn?t good, and came out extremely rare (upon reading otherreviews this seems to be a theme - wish I had checked). 8) Extremely overpriced considering the quality and service. It wasn?tlarge portions, it wasn?t good, we didn?t feel taken care of. I can?t understand the value proposition. It was $75 (includingthe gratuity) for a bland, undercooked burger, a dry chicken burger, overcooked and greasy Cauliflower bites, a mediocre marg, and a small from-the-store bottle of lemonade. Again, I wish there was a better way to announce that no one should ever comehere. There are significantly better options very close by in the airport, and I imagine close by to anywhere one of theseexists. Read more

Had a less than desirable experience today. Was not greeted by anyone when we walked in. We had to order off a mobile menu which... is not a user friendly experience and was not guided by staff to do so. Once we received our beers one tasted off/flat. Thegentlemen who seemed to be a manager of some type was rude and standoffish for no reason whatsoever when said something aboutit. The gentlemen said to me with a tone of aggravation and almost peacocking his chest ?So what do you want me to do about it??Confused I asked what will you do. And just kept repeating in the same tone what I wanted to do. He argued with me about the tapbeing hooked up to all the same carbonator and said ?If that?s flat then they all are flat, so what do you want me to do?? Itold the gentleman I wasn?t looking to argue with him about it and just wanted a resolution. He argued back with me saying I wasarguing and just needed to tell him what to do. My wife and I were so Uncomfortable and his attitude was not acceptable. He alsoproceeded to complain about us to another staff member, so unprofessional. If your reading this mister, Get another job if youunhappy with what your doing. You never argue with a customer when they are paying for service, food and experience. A simple,?can I get you something else?? Would have went a long way. I work in retail and where I come from customer service is topnotch, especially when something is wrong! Never would I have ever treated a customer regardless of paying money or not the waywe were treated me! And it was too bad because the food was pretty good, I did eat even though I was terrified of mistreatmentof my food. Stay away from this place if your looking to be treated with respect! Read more

By far, one of the worst experiences I've had in a long time. I chose a seat at the bar-end of the restaurant. There was no card... or placard anywhere on the counter that claimed I was supposed to log into the menu online and order virtually, but when I wavedover the bartender to ask after being ignored for 10 minutes, he seemed insulted and snippy that I didn't automatically knowthat myself. When I told him that I had encountered a glitch, one of the waitresses came over and got mad at me for "not doingit right." When SHE went behind the counter and adjusted the settings afterwards, then the issue was fixed. I ordered my meal: acustom burger with fries and water. When the burger and fries arrived, delivered by a different waitress, I tried to ask herabout my water and was promptly ignored. Minutes later, I was finally able to get the bartender's attention so I could get mybeverage; again, he seemed annoyed that I asked for what I ordered. The fries were cold, the burger was missing ingredients thatI had ordered, and it tasted like all of its components were bottom of the barrel, low quality garbage. I was starving andwanting to leave ASAP, so I ate it. Not even 5 minutes into eating my food, the first waitress comes back, leans over my food, and demands that I pay for it immediately. "You have to close out of all of your apps, open the camera, scan the code, and Ineed to watch you pay for it before you ditch on us." What kind of service is that!? I hadn't even taken 3 bites of the burger! When I encountered a glitch again, she went behind the bar again to fiddle with the settings, came back to me, snapped my phoneout my hands, and started typing away on my own device without my permission. Luckily, the issue was fixed, but I was appalledat her rude behavior! I left no tip, paid, and left. That was by far one of the most, if not the absolute most, unprofessionaland inexcusable dining experiences I have ever witnessed. I was actively harassed by their staff Read more

Staff was awesome and friendly. They only allow you to use the QR code to access the menu, which is ok I guess, but you also... have to order that way. They rely on the airport wifi instead of having their own. The REQUIRE that you choose cheese on yourburger and don?t have an option do no cheese. After choosing Mayo, tomatoes, onions, and Mayo with sweet potato Fries. I hadthem come out twice asking if I wanted fries. no Mayo and no onions. 2 burgers with one order of fries and one coke cost $49!!They add a service charge that was about $4 and mandatory 18% ?service charge? that was the tip we were told by one person butthe one eating on us said well I guess it is. NEVER GO HERE! Read more

I was just looking for a quiet place to eat during my layover. Counter was that but had struggles after entering. The link... provided didn't provide the same options as the poster board out front. The wait staff would pick and choose customers to visit.3 groups who came in after me were seen and attended to before me. It took 20 minutes to get a water. The burger was okay andfries were the best food I received. Read more
