Very expensive for what it is. We got a burger and a milkshake each with a side of Parmesan fries. With a 20% tip, it came to... $95 (didn't notice that they add a service charge on top of the food, already). The topping options seemed very limited. Foodwas okay but definitely a lot worse than The Counter that we've visited in Dublin, Ireland. The Parmesan fries were bland anddry in comparison to the one there. The people serving were very friendly and checked on us a few times. Ordering over thevirtual menu was a bit annoying to have to do. Read more

I absolutely love this place. If you have time and ok to spend almost $30 on ab burger, that's where you must stop. You can... build your own burger or select from the menu. Delicious, fresh unique experience too bad that is pricey but a good treatspecially for an airport restaurant. Alert: they put a 18% gratuity on your bill. Of course they don't verbally tell you. I must admit, I was thoroughly surprised when I received my burger. While sipping on my double whiskey, I completed the form to... order my creation of the perfect Cheeseburger at the bar. As I gazed upon the offerings and made my selections, I could justtaste the deliciously juicy burger. To my surprise, the burger tasted better than I expected! The shoestring fries were great aswell. The entire staff was super friendly and polite which made the experience that much better. Moreover, I tried the HavanaConcrete Lager and now I have another great lager to hunt for. Truly amazing burgers! I forgot to mention, you can have yourburger on Texas Toast, on a Bun or as a Salad. Truly worth the visit. Read more
SCAM ALERT. As mentioned by others, they add a 18% gratuity without any pre-notice, and then expect you to tip on top. In my... case, I was not even handed a receipt, I presume in the hope I didn?t notice the extra charge. I am surprised this is evenlegal. Or perhaps it isn?t, and they just bank on travellers being too busy to notice or to complain. I sincerely hope theauthorities take action on this. Their self service ordering app is also poorly designed, which is ironic considering you areexpected to try ordering by yourself first. The burgers are otherwise ok, but the overall experience is so poor that it makes itdifficult to rate them higher based on the food alone. Read more
