Very expensive for what it is. We got a burger and a milkshake each with a side of Parmesan fries. With a 20% tip, it came to... $95 (didn't notice that they add a service charge on top of the food, already). The topping options seemed very limited. Foodwas okay but definitely a lot worse than The Counter that we've visited in Dublin, Ireland. The Parmesan fries were bland anddry in comparison to the one there. SCAM ALERT. As mentioned by others, they add a 18% gratuity without any pre-notice, and then expect you to tip on top. In my... case, I was not even handed a receipt, I presume in the hope I didn?t notice the extra charge. I am surprised this is evenlegal. Or perhaps it isn?t, and they just bank on travellers being too busy to notice or to complain. I sincerely hope theauthorities take action on this. Their self service ordering app is also poorly designed, which is ironic considering you areexpected to try ordering by yourself first. The burgers are otherwise ok, but the overall experience is so poor that it makes itdifficult to rate them higher based on the food alone. Read more
