I base most of my reviews on customer service and food taste and environment second and third accordingly. The customer service ... is great here, greeter and waiter were extremely helpful and friendly and they are the only reasons for the two stars. The foodwas so bad, the tamales, tacos and enchiladas tasted more nuked than hot pockets. The floor was dirty and tables were not muchcleaner. Work on the food and cleanliness and it should improve your dining experience drastically. Read more
I used to live coming here for the food, now i feel in love with their patio and drinks! Great idea turning their parking lot... into a beautiful patio. I only suggest they add some beautiful Mexican murals. As an artist I envisioned some nice murals onthose walls. Read more
The carnitas sopes are amazing the rice was bland and beans didn't taste like anything. It was loud because of the work being... done back there. We also felt rushed. I hadn't finished my sope and she was already reaching for my plate and I had to grab mysope put it on a napkin so she could take my plate. They need better customer service. You'd think for the amount you're payingthat you could sit and enjoy your food but I guess that's probably why they didn't have any customers. Read more
An excellent Mexican restaurant overall. Fast and kind service, even with the place being packed. Complimentary chips and salsas... were great. Queso Fundido was good too, maybe touch too greasy, but the home-made tortilla was really impressive, and it comeswith it. Gordita was good as well, but the inside was stingy. Tostada was probably the best thing here we had for our firsttime. The sauce on it is incredible. The only disappointment was the super burrito, it was just below average burrito, so Iwould avoid getting that. Frozen Mangonada was on point, and they even offered the 2nd for free. Loved everything about this place tonight! Ordered a chicken taco and their nachos (no meat). Everything tasted fresh and... perfectly seasoned. We sat in their outdoor patio which is behind the restaurant. When we sat we were brought water, a bowl oftortillas along with a spicy green sauce and a mild red sauce. Quick and friendly service. Very disappointed with the food I received. I ordered 6 tacos, 3 steaks + 3 Al pastor, they were all very dry. They had very... little taste along with very little garnish on the tacos. The tortillas came out cold, they seemed like they were just taken outof the pack and sent out as is. Very disappointed on the ?Mexican Food? served at this location. I love this restaurant, we finally found a great Mexican restaurant in our area. The food and drinks were amazing; very tasty... and the amount they serve easily serve 2. The restaurant is nicely decorated. Customer service is great. Only thing is parkingis only meters and if is a Sunday is not easy to park. But totally worthy. Read more
Was shopping at Presidente and saw this place. I had an emergency due to my (nasal congestion) sinuses where I just needed 1 or... 2 napkins MAX to clean my nose and the waiter was so heartless he said it was only for paying customers. Seriously? A singlenapkin that would cost the business $0.0415. I had always wanted to visit but now I know the waiter was just miserable person. Read more
