Worst Taco Bell, just left to get breakfast somewhere else. December 5, 2022 at 10:30am, we drive up to get breakfast, there is... no one in the line so we think its going to be quick, but after getting to the speaker to order I see why no one was there!First the guy there tells us "order at the window" we move up to the window and wait like 3 minutes before he pops his head out,the whole time I can see a lady over a grill talking to someone who is on the side, the man who is suppose to be taking theorder. We honked and he came out and says "yeah" thats it, we told him he instructed us to order at the window and he told us"no I said wait a minute" and then told us "you have to go back around to the speaker to order now", I was so disgusted, therewas no one there and due to his miscommunication he wanted us to circle back around to order just because he wanted to finishhis conversation with the other employee. He needs to be fired, seriously, he was very condescending as if he really didnt care,no customer service what so ever. I hope corporate reads this and check the logs of what employee was working the drive thru onthis date and time. He is making this restaurant location loose money. Always out of Pico De Gallo! It?s a gamble if ordering more than 1 item that they will get it right. I live nearby and have... ordered out of convenience probably 100 times over years pre and post ?2020?. If there are 2 or more items, 9/10 times somethingwill either be missing or incorrect. They consistently miss putting the hot sauce in, even when they?re the ones that ask me ifI want hot sauce. Have to be sure to ask when ordering, picking up, and then ask them again to look inside the bag. The amountof toppings on the Crunchwrap supreme is pitiful. I like to order extra beef, extra lettuce and tomato, and it still looks thinin a cross section with too little flavor from lettuce and tomato. Read more

I love me some taco bell, this location has been iffy every time though. Missing an item, none of a drink in stock, gave my... order to another customer, forgot to make my order, down system, etc. That being said...they are really trying. When the issuesare brought up they get solved quick as possible. So 3 stars. It's not awful and maybe it's just bad luck haha Read more

The entire staff at 10:30 PM on August 2nd 2022 was INCREDIBLE. Provided excellent service despite a misunderstanding I had with... a mobile order being placed at the wrong location. They were patient, kind, and efficient. Shout out to the manager/shift onduty for taking charge of the situation. Super cool guy. Handled tension with ease and protected his crew. My bad again! I was looking forward to the Toasted Cheddar Steak Chalupa Deluxe Cravings Box that I ordered on the mobile app. When I got... home, I opened the bag to find tacos. I am so disappointed. If I could give this place -100 stars I would. HORRIBLE customer service. I used to work at Taco Bell when I was young in high... school and I?ve never seen such or been around such poor customer service skills. I?m not sure what?s going on with the type ofpeople their hiring, maybe the people their hiring are their last resorts because they can?t find good people anymore. Who everis working the drive thru right now, male, skinny, light skin at 5:30pm- Get a better job is you don?t like your job. He claimedto be the manager when I asked to speak to them. Managers at Taco Bell wear gray. Lol Please get yourself better employees, ortrain them properly. The type of attitude this guy had, I promise will not get him far in his career. Roman is the best employee I've ever encountered at any food establishment. I had a super complicated order and everything was... perfect and he even took the time to tell me to check that he cares that everything is just perfect. I was kind of astonishedhonestly. Extremely professional, quick, and a huge pleasure. Left there with a smile. As cheesy as that sounds. I hope toGod corporate pays this guy enough to be this good. You guys got a great employee I seriously hope you do everything necessaryto keep him. Thank you for the really great experience. Terrible, the lady who was taking the order laughing all the time never pay attention to the order, then she didn't confirm the... order or price total.At the other window no napkins no hi, hello, thanks. Nothing. Of course the food was more lettuce andalmost cero meat, terrible service. Read more
