First I get there and they say they?re ?not taking drive through orders? when there are clearly cars in front of me getting... their drive through orders. Then I go inside, I try to wait to order at the counter, and another customer has to tell me thatthey?re only doing mobile orders. There was no sign or indication that it was mobile/kiosk only. There are employees clearlyRIGHT there by the counter who are too lazy and rude to tell people they don?t take counter orders, so there were just severalpeople walking out angry. Do better. Read more
The staff here is great. They are courteous, they great you, take your order in a friendly manner. They are also speedy and I... never had an issue with order accuracy. They also prepare your food with care. Unlike other places where they?re sloppy. I ordermostly the burritos and they?ve been pretty good. Perfect temperature and fresh. I?ve had experiences with overheating orstaleness at other restaurants. Read more
The worst service in life. The cashier was offensive and very rude with all the drive thru customer. Even denied to give the... food to the Uber drivers. I don?t understand how people like him Can work for Taco Bell. Read more
This place is ridiculous. When I pulled up to the drive thru speaker I asked a question. The lady on the other side of the... speaker answered however I was unable to understand what was said. I said excuse me and asked her to repeat herself but thenthere was only silence for the next, almost, 20 minutes. After sitting the a few more minutes I got frustrated and attempted topull up to the window however there were already 2 other vehicles at the window waiting. They must have been waiting the entiretime I had been there. Then I parked and tried to walk inside to order my food. I had to park 2 blocks away since the parkinglot for the restaurant was full. When I walked to the door it was locked. There was a man inside at the door but he just ignoredus. After all this crazy unprofessional behavior we left. A 53 min wait in the drive through is not unexpected at 1am. 35 of those minutes were us being ignored at the drive through... speaker. When we got to the window we gave a friendly hello to the staff. They ignored us and responded by saying ?mobileorder?? I said yes, which they didn?t hear, and another employee stepped over and scolded us for not respondingimmediately. Bad service, soda was flat, and the food was lukewarm. Read more
Absolutely pathetic spot to grab your favorite taco or burrito. Very dirty, don't think staff is bother about trash in the whole... restaurant. Restroom was very filthy. Size of the supreme burrito was much smaller than in other locations. Don't recommend thislocation. Owner- do something, otherwise you will loose your loyal customers. Read more
This place is horrible. Barely no meat in tacos, meat was cold, alot of homeless people inside hanging around. I won't go there... ever again. Read more
