I guess since with Covid and hardly people want to work, So that leaves the employer with hardly any employees and have to... work harder, in the front line we saw only 3 employees and it took a little longer for the employee to ignolish us, Soanother employee from the back came up and helped us very Friendly and told him this was our first time since they constructedthe place....very nice person but lack of employees and I guess they only concentrate one thing at a time... They say they open at 7:00 AM for breakfast but just tried to walk in at 8:45 AM and all two doors were locked, knocked on the... doors and all 3 employees looked at me and completely ignored me. Will definitely not come back. Read more

WORST DRIVE THRU EXPERIENCE EVER. Not only did they get my order wrong (after waiting in line for 30 minutes), but they told me... to get BACK in line to order what they missed because they can't add anything to the orders from the window (supposedly)!! Afterarguing with several employees they finally brought the manager who also tried to tell me that there's nothing they can do andto just leave (and tried to tell me that I didn't order what I really did when he didn't take my order and I had a van full ofadults who heard me order correctly). After they finally let me order and add the things they missed I was so upset that I justleft and didn't check the food and they STILL got it wrong!! Rude lazy employees. I went inside because I don?t like eating inside my car. I?m waiting to order and 3 minutes passed by. A... lady not doing anything but scrolling through her phone tells me to please use the kiosk. I placed my order for dine in. Notonly did they put everything inside a bag (when they were trays right next to them) they got my food order wrong and gave me thewrong freeze flavor. I said this is not the flavor I ordered and she goes we don?t have the one you want. So I said this is whyI wanted to place my order with a person and not a kiosk. The manager got very offended and defensive and said we didn?t makeyou use the kiosk. I ended up just accepting my wrong food and drink order because all the employees teamed up like if theydidn?t do anything wrong. This generation of customer service is a joke.
