Rude lazy employees. I went inside because I don?t like eating inside my car. I?m waiting to order and 3 minutes passed by. A... lady not doing anything but scrolling through her phone tells me to please use the kiosk. I placed my order for dine in. Notonly did they put everything inside a bag (when they were trays right next to them) they got my food order wrong and gave me thewrong freeze flavor. I said this is not the flavor I ordered and she goes we don?t have the one you want. So I said this is whyI wanted to place my order with a person and not a kiosk. The manager got very offended and defensive and said we didn?t makeyou use the kiosk. I ended up just accepting my wrong food and drink order because all the employees teamed up like if theydidn?t do anything wrong. This generation of customer service is a joke.
