Bait and switch!!! Second time recently ordering through Uber eats. First says food will be ready in 25 minutes and after... submitting changes to an hour wait. At that point you cannot cancel through the app because you will still be charged!! Notgetting me this time, have screenshots to prove the deception and got refunded. Not sure why it would take so long with only twotables occupied at the restaurant!! Read more

It was great! We got the Dragon Roll, Black Jack Roll, Caliente Roll, Angel Roll and Miami Heat Roll. Everyone loved the Miami... Heat and Black Jack Rolls. I got the chicken teriyaki and it was very good as well. Read more

Terrible manager. First they couldn't find my order after uber said it was done. Made me wait an extra 15 min after waiting an... hour. Then they forgot my extra shrimp sauce. So had to drive back to the store for my extra 4 sauces i paid for. This is the3rd time they mess up my order, i am Allergic to onions made sure to put no veggies in the order, yet came with onions. Then mygfs had so much soy sauce it was impossible to eat. Called the restaurant to speak to a manager and they said they would callme back when he returned that he stepped out and nothing. 2 days later i went to the store and the other manager on duty washelpful but had no idea about it because he was not the manager on duty the day of the error. So i left my number with infoorder number date time and what we ordered. 1 week later still waiting for a phone call from the manager with glasses. Order through uber eat . Food come with no sauce Spend almost $115 but Sushi come with no sauce at all. I even paid for extra... sauce but there none. Would give zero stars if possible! This picture is what I was charged $27 for in my take out order. Thankfully I checked before... I left since it was missing the fried rice and soup. Basically they charged me $27 for about 13 small pieces of chicken. I thenhad to wait over 10 minutes for them to make the fried rice while the rest of my $78 order got cold! Do yourself a favor and donot come here. There was 1 table with 2 guests eating when I picked up my order so it's not like they were busy at all. Read more

Food took one hour via DoorDash and when we received the food, half of our food was missing. We received cold, chewy Hibachi... Chicken without the side of rice that we ordered with it and the additional order of Fried rice that was ordered also did notmake it. It would be nice to get notified, ESPECIALLY after an hour of waiting, that we wont be receiving the food we expectedto receive. Management clearly does not care enough to make sure thing are going the way they're supposed to. I guess we are toblame for not seeing the well deserved 2 1/2 stars they have on yelp. BUYER BEWARE. I get takeout from this location pretty regularly and the sushi is average at best but it was always open later than other spots... and also the closest to me. On two occasions the sushi we got was 98% rice with a tiny sliver of fish. Ever since then I letthe person on the phone know and they in turn tell the sushi chef and that seemed to work just fine. No problems. Recently Ididn?t mention it to the person taking my order and once again $60 in sushi with 98% rice. I?m not exaggerating, check thepicture. I tried to call and let them know (what good would that do) but they were already closed. So I go in a few days laterand show the manager a picture of my sushi and he says since I didn?t come back right away the best he can do is talk to thesushi chef and after some insistence a 15% off my next order. Needless to say I won?t be coming back to this location. I don?twant a 15% discount for rolls of rice. The manager seemed fine with my decision to never return. Must be nice during a pandemicin which restaurants are struggling to be able to lose loyal customers so easily. I suppose I should?ve know considering theiryelp review had been so poor for so long.
