When to get my pick up order , was not ready I had to wait 20 mi lost my 1/2 lunch . Food was not what we ordered . And plus... they never apologized or offer a excuse. They need training. Read more

Sandwich without Sauce :( The guy working at Subway this afternoon around 5 pm was taking too long to make a sandwich. He was a... young male and was wearing a black shirt and a cross necklace. It took about 15 minutes for him to make 2 foot longs, while hewas making my order, he put the wrong ingredients several times. (For example when I asked for olives, he added pickles.) He wasworking as fast as a turtle and knocked some stuff over while reaching for the ingredients. Additionally he didn't spread someof the ingredients out across the sandwich evenly and dumped them mostly in the middle, it appeared to me that he was high. Butthe worst part is that when he was closing the sandwich, almost all of the sauce went on the knife :( then he just put the knifewith tons of sauce on it back in its place without wiping it off. (What a waste of good sauce!) He wasn't wearing a face maskeither. I enjoy eating at Subway however this time I was disappointed. Won't be eating at that location again. Read more

Wow. I order a sub in the app. I showed up to the store at the time the order was said to be ready on the app. I walk in and... there were no customers. I was in the lobby for 2 minutes before I had to call one of the ladies attention. She comes to thefront, I said I?m here to pick up my order. She goes oh my god the order. Then she proceeded a to start making it. So let?srecap. 1:No customers so it?s not like they were busy. 2:Customer in lobby no one is there to take the orders until I calledthem after two minutes. 3. Order had not even been started when it was supposed to be done. I picked up from here once beforewith no problem, but after today is a done deal. She did apologize for the inconvenience so that does count. I?m sure they arenice ladies but they need to be professional and pay attention on the job. Read more
