One extremely rude and unprofessional worker completely ruins this location. Was not wearing a nametag but she had long hair... with red dye. Made my online sandwich order incorrectly and when I asked for it to be fixed she swore at me. At 5 well beforeclosing hours as well, she told every customer that came in that she was not taking orders and to leave. I am in awe at how sheis still employed here, is the management that incompetent that they continue to employ a worker who makes orders incorrectly,swears at customers, and closes the shop 4 hours in advance? I live nearby and been to this subway location many time because the other one is far. Out of maybe 50 visits in 40 there always... been an issue with the staff. 1st there is always only one staff member. Once I go there and the staff member (woman with redhair) tells me I?m taking a smoke break. I say ok I can wait. Another time I go there the worker (again the same person) saysthat she is closing the store, that she has an emergency (it was around 4pm). One time I go there for an online order pick upthe worker says the system is not working so she can?t give me my order. I couldn?t get the sub and came next day for a refund.Once I went there the store was open but there was no one at the counter. I called for someone multiple times, knocked, waitedaround 10 minutes and left cause no one showed up. The employees always complaining about how hard their job is, how theyhaven?t had lunch or took a break. They take their poor work conditions on the customers all the time by being slow, rude andstraight up complaining how horrible their job is. Every time I go there I?m thinking what will I experience today. If you cantry to avoid this location at all cost. Now I don?t go there anymore for my peace of mind. I now go to the Brickell location,despite it taking me 20 minutes walk. The staff there is always very nice, fast and never rude. Read more
Good store but meat and vegetables units were with ice. And if meat goes into the toaster with bread, vegetables you get half... frozen. Read more
This subway is something else, the first time that I ordered the food looked really dry and unhealthy, still gave it a second... chance ordering online, when I opened the bag, the order was 100% even tho the receipt attached to the bag had the correctinformation, but I still gave them another chance. Today I went to order in-person to avoid a mistake in the online order, butthe quick me out because I was with my service dog, apparently this is the only place in the area that doesn't allow dogs andthe only place in the USA that doesn't allow services dogs. TBH I had my time as a subway manager, and you can clearly see thatthis place doesn't receive monthly inspections as it should. The food always looks in bad shape, the line always dirty and theportions are served inappropriate way. Last time I visit this location for sure. Read more
Subway is your quick stop for a cheap protein with veggies on a baguette bread. Also for your eggs sandwich and cookies with a... soft drink. The good thing about this place is the way you can customize your ssndwich. Add vegetables and tops, choose yourdressins, toast or not yiur sandwich etc...also you can hsve soups and coffee. All tye above for relstively very chwap price.The veggies are always fresh in this branch a d the staff always helpful and nice. Enjiy a very loe price meal while in a shirtlunch break. I was in line to make a purchase along with 3 other people. We were told that it would "be a while, because he had six Uber Eats... orders to fill." I find it interesting that he would send customers away who actually came to the store, in order to serveothers who didn't actually come in to the store. We all left... Read more
