TERRIBLE!!!! I went to the place, there was nobody at the front but a lady in the back talking very loud on the phone, she saw... me, did not even acknowledge me, kept on talking on the phone I stood there for like a minute and a half and she did not evenflinch. This happened on Saturday 27 of August at 3:37 PM, the lady was blonde, Hispanic and likely with a central Americanaccent. The service is nothing other than terrible. Customer service was terrible ???? ???? It was my 1st time to eat there...and didn't know how to order ???? The lady was upset... for that. And the wrost part was I forgot to order drink so I line up and waited again. I told her I forgot to order drink, canI order drink please? (I requested with very gentle voice, no harsh or loud tone at all...Sorry, English is my 3rd language).She turned to another employee lady and said something in Spanish. They are lucky that I don't know Spanish...but my cousinunderstands a bit. My cousin told me later that those two ladies were saying that we are wasting their time for ordering drink???? I ordered online and i was supposed to pick up my order at 10:30pm but when I got there at 10:20 it was closed. I try to talk to... the lady to explain that i was charge for my order and she was very rude and told me that, that was problem and that she wasn'tgoing to give me my sandwiches or my money back. Their ours of operation says that they close at 12pm on Friday and Saturday butfor some reason she decided to close early even tho the website lets you put in orders. I want my money back. Worst customer service ever!!!!!! I placed my order online for pick up. 30 min from order time I go to get my order it wasn?t... ready but no biggie. I announced my self and was asked to wait. Made it a additional 20 mins. Now I finally get my order and Istart checking if correct. Ordered 4 cookies chocolate chip and macadamia. I got 4 raisins so when I said hey got the wrongcookies employee has the odasadity to tell me is that we don?t have the other ones!!!!! Like Excuse me why didn?t you tell me Iwould have said that if I wanted them or not. Not just give me what you want or have!!! I paid for chocolate chip and macadamiaso then his response is we don?t have your phone number. I AM LIKE WHAT IOU MEAN I AM RIGHT HERE MY ORDER WASNT EVEN READY.You could have said hey we don?t got and is my choice if I want other kind or my money back!!!!!!! I love to go subway but definitely in this location work a person who has blonde hair and speaks Spanish, she doesn?t know about... customer service, I ask to for two 2 of 6-inch meal of the day and she want me to charge one big one in a full price. I ordered from another subway last week due to a problem in the app and safe to say I was delighted, nay, overjoyed to have... lunch bestowed upon me this week from this great establishment instead. These people make subway an art form. No more messy,poorly packed sandwiches. Their sandwich-making abilities are of intergalactic standards. Never a disappointment, always acharm.
