I love this place but i dont think i will be coming by as offten now that they raised the 6 in sub to 8.50 it crazy to me i... normally come every day but these prices are out of contral to me that add up to 300 on a regular a month, but the people are agreat staff it just sad it has become home places get so money hungry. Our fav neighborhood subways to go to. Yep, love their subs! But their cookies are soooo good! Just wish they had more vegan... options then my daughter could join us when we eat from here, for ex: vegan cheese and extras. Read more

I like subway but only reason why I gave it 3/5 because couple month ago, I told a guy employee to get me a random cookie and he... was so rude and saying which one and other customers explain it to him in Spanish ?he want random cookie.? and plus he gave methe wrong cookie for second one when I say brownie cookie and he gave me dark chocolate and after I paid all the food, I walkout fast like I still mad at the guy because he was so rude. If I see him again and my cookie ain?t correct, I will snitch himand tell manager about he need to do his job correctly cause I was so mad I end up getting dark chocolate when I say browniechocolate for first cookie and second one I told him to give me a random and he say which one like he was so rude. 3/5. I placed an order tonight on 12/13 around 8:15 pm for pickup at 8:35. My boyfriend went in to pick up my order once it was ready... at 8:40 and was not even greeted upon arrival as he was the only one in the store at the time. The gentleman ?gallego? finishedwhat he was doing and later asked if how he can help, and when my boyfriend said he was there for a pick up he then said therewas nothing to pick up. I am sitting in the car watching the guy ?gallego? waving his hands around and my boyfriend gettingagitated, and receive a call from my boyfriend confirming the location. I sent the confirmation and the order which said it wasthe correct location, and the order placed. He had given the order to the Uber driver that was just in the store, and was nowrefusing to remake the order as he ?could not do that?. My boyfriend got upset because it was not our fault. The order was madevia subway app, and not Uber. He reprinted the receipt which stated at the top it was for pick up. He kept arguing and beingrude saying that it was not his fault. He had to call his manager to approve the remake of the order. My boyfriend demanded thatthe order be made as now he was wasting our time arguing a situation that he messed up, and gave the order to the wrongcustomer. Once he decided to make the order my boyfriend walked away and gallego continued to argue and say it wasn?t his faultand he wasn?t supposed to be remaking the order. My boyfriend got even more angry not because he had to wait for the order to beremade but because he wanted to make us at fault for his mistake. So he asked him to be quiet and just make the order because atthis point he didn?t care what his excuse was. As someone watching this go on I can tell you he wasn?t working with us to tryand come to a solution his body language was very aggressive and rude to a customer and you can tell he continued to instigate asituation he was at fault for. Last Night I had the worst Subway experience of my life. I just got off my 12 hour shift of work and was starving. As I drove... down Tamiami, I saw the Subway light open and I turned into the plaza. I parked, got my belongings, and as I walked to the door,the employee ran to the back and turned off the Open sign. It was 10:33pm. I knocked on the door to see if she would evenacknowledge me, and she kept hiding behind the wall and I saw her peaking out. Though your sign did say that the store was openuntil 11 pm, what made me irate was the lack of professionalism your employee displayed. If she would have came out and said,the store is closing early today for reparations, or apologized and said the store really closes at 10pm, something! But to runto the back when she saw me approaching the store, and peak around the corner until I left was rude and unprofessional. Ofcourse, as I entered the car, she came out and continued doing whatever she was doing. This is unacceptable behavior for anybusiness and I am sure whoever the franchise owner is would not appreciate someone like that working at their store. Read more
