Haven?t ever wrote a review that has been bad but wow. I ordered a sub with you guys through Ubereats . I get my sandwich, coke,... and chips . Everything is there but when I open my sandwich there is barely any meat of the chicken I ordered. It?s straight updisrespectful looking. It?s like you ran out of the chicken and used the 5 pieces you had left to make the sub instead ofcalling the customer to let them know I don?t have anymore of this meat would you like to change it ? This is the nicest Subway I?ve been to. I had such a nice experience I had to review it. The owner and the staff members were... so kind to us it stood out. He put everything nicely and was absolutely welcoming. My sandwich was good and I enjoyed eatingthere. Things that stood out: -Staff was welcoming as soon as we got there and they smiled at us -He put extra cheese on mysandwich and he was kind to my brother too. He asked us how we liked our sandwiches better and served a good amount of veggiesin our sandwiches -Everything was put together nicely on the tray and we chatted for a bit -They were very hygienic. I ordered on the app and they prepared the order wrong. When I was telling Camila how we liked the sandwich, she got angry and... was very disrespectful, she said that she didn?t care what the customer wanted, was extremely rude, and refused to give me hername when I said I was going to complain to the owner. The other worker was trying to help and told her ?Camila you need tostop! and that was the only way I got to know her name. Very disappointing service! Read more
Today I went to subway with my family and my dog, and when I was finished my order a men with white hair started yelling at me... that I shouldn't have my dog ??in the store, that I had to take him out in a rude and unprofessional way, he made me feeluncomfortable since they weren't the right way to say it, there was no sign saying no pets were allowed inside. Horriblecustomer service in specific that men, don?t have to work in place like that! The inspector was in there and he see my dog atthe first time when I enter to the store and he never told me something about my dog! RECOMMENDATION: If you don?t want dogs inyour store put a announcement that say pets are not allow I will never go to this place because of this employee and his badway of speaking!!
