Nicest ladies working there, really good service
Very hard for me to leave a bad review, however, I am at a birthday party at the park that is 200 ft from this subway. It... started raining and my wife and I ran here to order subs for the group, we waited outside till we weren?t dripping wet. We triedto walk in the store and they denied us, they told us that we were wet and cannot come in. We all know Miami weather and itstarted raining out of no where. Being 200 ft from the store, being denied entry, we are not even close to dripping wet, andthis young man told us to leave. Good luck to this store, this is a horrible reflection on what you do. They prefer to kickpeople out instead of welcoming them, making them comfortable (it was a take out order) but now they lost many regulars. Wealways come here because the park is next door. I REALLY HATE THAT PLACE NOW!! They have the worst service!!! I got two orders of ham and cheese and a BMT and they put the... honey mustard in the ham and cheese and I asked to put it in the BMT then the lady told me that was wrong and they finally giveme a new order so I don?t recommend going here at all it?s always of your time and they don?t treat you as you possiblytreated!!!! Great customer service from Reyna, she was taking the Uber eats orders as well as walk ins and she was doing everything with... care and speed and her attitude is so positive. Although she shouldn?t be left alone, she works great under pressure. Shedeserves a raise!!!!! Read more
I like this subway okay. The employees are nice, and I never have an issue when I go there. However, the cookies are rarely... good to me when I get them. It's not that they're burnt or anything, they just have an off taste. I usually get the chocolatechip ones, but they just don't taste that good. I've tried them multiple times, but they always end up tasting the same. I'm notfrom here, so I've had them from my hometown and they aren't supposed to taste how they do here. Read more
I did not eat. I went to eat at another restaurant since they do not allow customers to use the bathroom. We are in a pandemic... where health and hygiene are important, I needed to wash my hands before eating and they didn't let me use the bathroom. Theyhave the bathroom closed early so they don't have to clean it later. I asked for the manager but there is no one in charge ofthe restaurant. Thanks. Read more
