Camila and Carlos have no business working with customers. Carlos has been at this location for 3 months but does not know how... to make the subs. Camila, stay off the register if you do not know how to use it. Management, who was in charge 2:30p-3:00p3/6/2019? They need to be replaced. A line wrapping around into the dinning area at this time is unacceptable. There is a youngmale that has been at this location for quite a while (well over a year I would say) quickly found something needing tending inthe back area leaving the inexperienced staff to fend for themselves with 10 or more guests in line is not the right thing todo. As for the older lady that I would assume was the lead worker there is no need to reprimand staff in front of customers.Yes, Carlos messed up a couple sandwiches back to back but that is a reflection of management not doing their jobs not a reasonto verbally chastise him in front of customers. I left with half of what I came for and honestly I could not continue waiting(more than 20 minutes) for Camila to figure out what cookies the customer wanted after he clearly said it 3 times. It will be avery very long time till I consider coming back to this location and that will be merely because of convenience. Hopefully bythe time I decide to come back the revolving door of employees will have brought in fresh batch. Read more
Not a fan of their sandwiches as I am not a lunch meat eater...except the tuna. Not to mention, the chicken is too pale looking... for me to eat. Other than that, when I do patronize Subway, it's definitely for their delicious fresh baked cookies. Read more
As of late this Subway that is less than 3 minutes has gotten worse. One employee ruins it and her name is Jeily . On many... encounters she has been rude and unprofessional. Has talked back to not only myself but to other people in line. I dont know whyI keep coming here. The rest of staff is amazing especially young gentleman at counter. Read more
The service is always fast, the staff courteous, and the food is well prepared from fresh ingredients. Being downtown, the... prices are a bit higher than at other locations. The restaurant is clean, and employees observe proper sanitation methods. Read more
