My experience here was so bad it was comical. I was the only one in line, ordered my sandwich with the employee. They began... building my sandwich, adding the meat and cheese, then it got passed for the addition of veggies. Two other customers camebehind me and the employees took their order. They began making their sandwiches while mine sat there with only the meat/cheese.By the time they got back to making mine, the two people behind me had their sandwiches completely made. I didn?t understand howor why but tried to be patient. Eventually they finished up and began to ring up my order. The employee ringing me up wasspeaking very fast in Spanish and motioning to me. Problem is, I don?t speak Spanish so I had no idea what she was trying toconvey. She became very agitated and rude when I explained that I didn?t understand. I get that we?re in Miami?as a CalifornianI am accustomed to Spanish being spoken widely. But never have I had a service employee expect and then become angry that Ididn?t speak Spanish. If I could give this less than a 1 star I would. Employees very slow. More interested in their own conversation with each other.... Burnt 2 sandwiches while I was in line. I would recommend somewhere else to eat but you don't have many options. The servicehere is by far the worst. Read more

This was the slowest subway experience ever! I was in line for 25 MINUTES waiting to order! The employees moved extremely slow,... and we?re extremely inefficient. The workers spent for time laughing and socializing with each other than actually makingsandwiches... they also only had white bread or flat bread and we?re out of all kinds of toppings. I would recommend not eatinghere unless you want to wait long enough to miss your flight and you don?t want to get to choose exactly what you want. GoANYWHERE ELSE in the terminal. Read more

Visited Dec 14th at 7:45pm. Staff were EXTREMELY rude and could not make even simple sandwiches. I?ve worked food service and... customer service jobs so I?m sensitive to the fact that it is not easy.. however answering phone calls mid-order and walkingaway, using your glove hands to tap the screen and make the sandwich and yelling at customers that their orders don?t make senseis not acceptable. I would give this experience a 0 if google let me. The two female employees working need customer servicetraining. Other passengers inquired about where we got the subs and we advised them not to go as the service was outstandinglybad. Read more

I don't like this business. As an employee of the airport, the restaurant doesn't honor their employee discounts. Employees are... to receive 10% off they meal. But the 10% is equal up to 0.00 and we pay more when tax is added. The owners here should beashamed of themselves! Read more
