I rate this place a 2 out of 5 because they had lettuce that was going bad and I asked for fresh lettuce because Subway promotes... the ?EAT FRESH? slogan and the lady told me that no she didn?t have and the worst part was that she said the rest of the lettucein the back was the same meaning they needed to get rid of it but were continuing to use it for the previous orders and futureones too. I also didn?t get good customer service because she wasn?t even paying attention to what she was doing because sheautomatically placed tuna on the bread without asking what we wanted and we had to tell her that we didn?t ask for tuna. On April 11, 2021 at approximately 6:30pm, I order a sandwich and cookie from the app. Unfortunately, it was not until I... received the confirmation email that I realize that the order was sent to the wrong shop. I immediately opened the app, andtried to cancel the order and no where on the app. could the order be cancelled. As to not waste time I called the restaurantand no one would answer the telephone. I called no less than 10 times and let it ring at least 20 times. Finally, after about15 minutes of insistence a lady answered the phone and when I gave her my name all she said was it is ready. I tried severaltimes to explained that the order went to the wrong restaurant and all she would say was, "I cannot return your money" , "Icannot return your money". Even though I tried to explain that I tried to cancel and it would not allow me to, she kept saying,"I cannot return the money". At one point she said call my boss, tomorrow, no Wednesday before 11:00am. Conclusion, it is $10.00order but how many other people have had the same issue and just accepted the fact that they lost $10.00. That is why Subway isthe conglomerate and I just a simple consumer that has lost my hard worked $10.00. Definitely these franchises need moretraining with customer service skills and the app as well as the website needs to be revised to be able to cancel orders. Thenagain this is probably where Subway makes the easy money. Before hitting order on any app make sure you have everythingcorrect, because in today society the customer always losses.
