Worse customer service ever. The store closes at 10:30 based online hours. I placed my order online & this old lady with long... hair with glasses doing the pm shift had the door locked. I showed her my phone & she didn?t even care ! She said they wereclosed !!! Best part is I was charged !!! It seems like that?s the owner in the background also, & he doesn?t seem to care !! Icalled 3 times while I was in my car & even though he was inside & the rude lady, nobody cared to answer the phone. This storedeserves to be closed down by corporate. Extremely rude staff! The lady there was extremely rude and disrespectful to my 13 year old daughter. Also, bathroom is locked... with a key to be able to use it you need to ask the staff, which have a horrible attitude and a really sarcastic way to speak tocustomers. Read more
I feel bad for any customer who dares to walk in half an hour before closing time. You won?t be greeted, instead you will be... told everything must be to go and no there are no meatballs served at this time (the Sunday special). You will be treated likeyou?re doing subway a favor in walking in there at that ungodly hour. I took myself the heck outta here and went down the streetto the other subway where they not only greeted me but also served me the Sunday special I wanted.
