The worst customer service ever from a manager. I purchased an online order and went over to this location to go pick it up. By... the time I drove all the way over there, the manager gave my order away to someone else. I understand sometimes things happens,but I expected the manager to do something about it and make me satisfied. Instead she stands there telling me it?s not herfault, she wasn?t going to make me another sandwich and wouldn?t even try to give me a refund back. This page needs 0 stars option because It is crazy how I?ve come here all my life and TODAY at 7pm the young female employee... very unprofessional was eating on the table while the whole time I?m trying to order. I live very close to this location so I thought it would be convenient for me to come eat lunch here with my wife. We came in... and we were not greeted the girl actually went to the back and was there about 3 to 4 minutes . Finally when she came out we gotour orders and I ordered a vegetarian sub Every location I go to I asked kindly for my spinach to be like diced or cut by handso I don't have a mouth full spinach when I bite into the sandwich . When I asked her how come she said we don't do that type ofservice here I stay quiet and I proceeded to go eat my sandwich. She spoke to me in a high tone and very rude as if I was notspending money there. When I finish my food I kind of asked what was her name and thank you she told me I do not need to giveyou my name which is okay with me but I will proceed into speaking to somebody in corporate because you don't not need somebodywith that type of attitude working in your locations. Average is the best I can give this Subway. They water down the soups and skimp out on the veggies. Though I can understand... adding SOME water to the soup mix (which is thick as is), making it incredibly watered down is unacceptable. Also, skimping onvegetables which are going to inevitably go bad from disuse is also unacceptable. Besides these items, the rest is per-usual ofSubway. Read more
Horrible experience, I love subway but this particular location the two times I?ve been here wow just unacceptable. Manager or... owner should take more attention, no customers service, no hello, no thank you, singing rap music, singing bad words, and theworse thing is that there was someone before me and someone after and they got the same treatment. I go there frequently and I've never had an issue really with this place whether it be food or service. But there's one guy... there I think he's new I've never seen him there before. They ought to fire him. He ignored me the minute I walked in didn't sayanything. threw my sandwich together didn't even put what it was supposed to have on it.
