I had 2 veggie orders that there is NO WAY THE PERSON WHO MADE IT DID NOT READ THE ORDER.....THESE sandwiches are for young... children, and if there is something on the sandwich that they don't want....they WILL NOT EAT.....SO I SPENT $30 FOR 2SANDWICHES THAT THE KIDS WOULD NOT EAT......I will be at your store tomorrow to communicate the atrocity of your incompetence ofsimply placing 4 different veggies on a bread...no meat ,no cheese, and no toast.....a $10 veggie sandwich that may cost you$1.00 and you can not get it correct.....I would be ashamed and embarrassed of my inaccuracies. I would not recommend this place. I ordered a wrap and while adding ingredients continued to be told that they couldn't add more... because they could not close it. This is ridiculous! By the time they were done the wrap was so thin it was all flour tortilla.My 5 year old would have been hungry after eating something like this. I ended up going to the Publix next door after paying forthis ludicrous wrap. Not sure why they were skimping so much on a few pieces of spinach and lettuce. Save your money! Go to thePublix next door where they can build sandwiches and wraps properly and they do know how to close them!! Read more
Since when does Subway refuse to customize your sandwich? I asked the for a Rotisserie chicken style sandwich with no tomatoes,... and no lettuce and she refused to do it. She literally told me I had to take the sandwich the way it is. I?m allergic totomatoes, I can?t eat it. But according to Subway I would have to eat it; despite my allergic reactions to tomatoes. First and last time I order from this subway. They gave me a plain sandwich with nothing on it except the ham and... cheese.sandwich wasn't even wrapped, just thrown in a brown paper bag?? Horrible Read more
Horrible service, rude employees, cannot make sandwiches. Two guys and a girl all in the way of the food that I was trying to... order. Soggy bread was put in the oven twice and became very hard. Never go back. Employees were better before the Coronavirus.Now obviously new hires are not capable of making a sandwich. Read more
Horrible customer service!! Literally the most bizarre experience I?ve ever had at a Subway! Went in to order a foot long... subway melt and an Italian BMT...The employee started off saying that I could not order Italian bread with my Subway melt thatit could only come on white bread and said that all the toppings had to be put on before it went in the toaster and I was verylimited with my topping options. I informed him that I?ve been to Subway a million times and ordered it the same way with noproblems... his only response is that they do things differently at that store.
