Is it anyway to petition for this place to get shut down? This is the worst subway ever Especially for it to be at Jackson... memorial it has to do better. A lot of negative comments from customers, a lot of complaints to the managers and nothing isbeing done about it. I placed a online order, gave them a extra 10mins for my order to not be ready. I was told by the associatethat the order was never received and sent to another subway. i called the number on the app and the phone was ringing. This isthe only 24hour subway at Jackson. I asked for a refund and was told I wasn?t able to get one. The associates seem like theydidn?t even know what they were doing. Decided to just get the sandwich made still and was told it was only wheat bread . Idon?t know what management is running this dump but they need to close it DOWN! If I can give them 0 stars I would. Just got food poisoning from their sandwich
Just had a pickup order from here, all the sandwiches were bad. Some of the subs had stuff that was not supposed to have on my... order, and others lacked stuff to begin with. I was going to call the store to complain but their phone number doesn't evenwork. Read more

The staff is not friendly at all, ever. They never greet you, and actually seem miserable to take your order. Today they were... out of ham AND turkey. They leave the subs in the oven too long, causing them to be over toasted and hard. The soda machinerarely works. They don?t fill it with syrup. Read more
Just received a sub from this store through Postmates, subway was cold, the bread wasn?t the one I asked, the whole sub was... submerge on sauce and was leaking for all the bag. Read more

wish I can give no stars.. ordered from this subway twice and twice I've gotten nothing but a hard time and my money taken. this... is the worse subway ever. the people are rude and just don't care about nothing. it will not be a 3rd time. thanks for nothingbut you welcome for the free money. at least pick up the phone and tell me I've been taken. give me something for my money.
