Normally I?m not one to write negative reviews about a business online unless I feel compelled to do so as I?m a believer in... simply not patronizing a place where bad customer service exists, such as with this place. I went in to order some food where anolder gentleman, whose name appeared to be Driss, was behind the counter preparing a sandwich. To say his behavior was rudewould be an understatement: First off, he did not acknowledge my presence or even utter a standard hello when I was waiting infront of the counter to be attended. When trying to place my order it seems he went out of his way to make things difficult,pretending to be deaf while making snarky remarks, ironically, about my behavior when I was doing my best to be as polite as Icould under the circumstances. I don?t know whether this individual was having a bad day or has a lack of social skills butperhaps he should modify his behavior or seek employment in a place where he does not have to interact with the public as otherswill not be as tolerant of his poor attitude as I was. A place like this can be clean, have ample parking and the food betterprepared than other nearby franchises but when there are employees like Driss behind the counter it can in turn lead to morenegative reviews and a loss of income. Perhaps management will see this and bring him to attention as to avoid future incidentslike this. Read more

Placed an order online through there own website to pick it up when I arrive. I was calling the store more then 5 times to make... sure they received the notes I put but no one picked up. When I arrived there was no one so i was surprise they didn?t answer. Iasked if they read the notes and they asked which notes so I knew the order wasn?t going to be done as requested. I told them Icalled and they said they have no phone. Like really what restaurant don?t have a phone? I asked to make a new one since theyput chipotle on the whole sandwich and they said they could t cause they would have to pay for it? I don?t understand how themanager would make an employee pay for one sandwich when done wrong? It?s the company fault for not having a phone maybe theemployee would had a chance to get it right! Don't eat here !!!! Not only is the service terribly slow, but I actually saw night time employee "Eduardo" (according to his... name plate) pick his nose behind a wall and then came back to handle bread. Employee was Horribly rude (I think he is gay whichsurprised me more because usually they are so nice) He also had a line of 5 customers waiting while he texted on his phone, thenhe even got upset at a customer and told him to shut up!. I will be contacting Subway corporation to let them know they have toget rid of this awful employee before they lose more good paying customers who liked their brand like me. Read more
