Do not order mobile Take out at this location. Twice I?ve arrived and my food hasn?t been ready. This is after waiting a while... before leaving to pick it up to give them a chance to make it. The app says it?s ready and I arrive ten minutes after it?ssuppose to have been ready and it hasn?t even been started. Not only that, there?s usually a line of people waiting to placetheir order and the lady insists on attending to them before starting my mobile order. Then, when I explain that I ordered awhile ago, certainly before the customers arrived, she argues that she?s the only one attending the store and then proceeds totell the other customers that some customers don?t understand. So today I decided to go to subway( my last time at this location!) server 4579 and another employee at 12:04 pm 05/16/2022. I... have a coupon for a $5.99 sub and a coupon for a free bag of chips. It turned into a bad experience at this subway 24548-0 theemployee refused to apply my coupon because she said that gave it to her in the wrong order. My wife had a coupon for a 6? sub,chips and a drink. She gave her coupon for a free cookie. It has nothing to do with my coupon. Long story short they were notcustomer service inclined whatsoever. It is not about the chips or any other items from subway. It?s the way that they bothcarried themselves. I could go to a thousand other places but my mistake for coming here. for those who choose this subway makesure that the coupon is applied correctly because obvious the employee are incompetent to process it correctly. I will NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN OVER A BAG OF CHIPS that?s how easy you can lose a long time customer. I hope the owner reads this and brings itto their attention. Read more

The owner needs to see our reviews and all of us have the same problems. the lady working in that store is very racist and rude.... I was waiting in line for a very very long time as she is talking to the other employee while giving us dirty looks and talkingbout us. She then went in the back and got some stuff and restocked some items that where already full. all of this while beingvery rude, giving us dirty looks and talking about us with her co worker. We where very hungry and we where waiting for a longtime as well as the people behind me in line. Then my dad took a cup of water that?s FREE. and the made a huge problem and madehim pay for the cup of water. the service and that lady is better off staying home as you can see from not only me but from allthe other reviews. I went on Thursday, August 11 at 9:48 p.m. The door and the worker lady say they close at 11 p.m. and as soon as my boyfriend... and I walked in at 9:48 she said before we ordered while building the previous customer's sandwich that it was take out only andI heard her telling them that it was because she has to start cleaning an hour before closing. We wanted to eat inside. We hadto eat in the car and of course are not able to get refills. Especially since she started mopping the floor as soon as we walkedout at 10:15 p.m. And another thing.... She said they had no spinach! We went there for the spinach because we only put spinachand not lettuce in our protein bowl! So we had to change to a sandwich. When we asked why she said the subway didn't have anyspinach! Could it be she didn't want to open a new spinach? If they run those Spinach then I understand. No Subway has ever nothad Spinach. I don't see any phone number posted anywhere to call a manager, so I had to post this review in the hopes themanager or owner sees this. If you do tell your employee they can tell people it's take out only an hour before closing, then Iunderstand, it's your rules, but I've never heard of this before at any Subway in all my years going to Subways, so it seemslike it was her own rule. This was my first and last time to this Subway. Oh, and when she saw me getting napkins from thecounter she said she put napkins in my sandwich bag and I said I wanted to get more napkins and as I am walking to get them shesaid, "No, you can't get more napkins". Wish I could rate this a zero but unfortunately thats not an option. The people that work here are extremely rude. It was... constant eye rolling and just blatant disrespect. I came in to pick up my postmates order and when I get here I?m told they?renot even done because the bread wasn?t ready. They tell me I can leave or I can wait. I told them I?ll wait but I walked herefrom work work so I would not be able to wait too long. Instantly they started rolling their eyes at me. I mentioned that thepostmates app had told me the order was ready but that?s fine I?ll wait. Then they tell me that orders typically get delayed andI said that?s fine if just can?t wait too long and older blonde woman just says ?okay whatever I?ll prepare your order now?.Obviously I question her about the fact that the bread is not ready but then she tells me it actually is? Another lady with thedark hair decides to tell me that if an order is delayed 3 minutes then I should not be getting mad because it happens. Theentirety of the time I was not mad just simply stating I had to get back to work and that the app told me the food wasready. Nonetheless and extremely unpleasant experience.
