Wish I could give this no stars the service was horrible one lady on her phone the other one after attending me for one... sandwhich after telling her I needed 3 total of only two employees the second lady attending me was on a personal call whiletaking my order I had to repeat myself several times to her the condiments were not fresh in the slightest especially thelettuce horrible place talking with the manager today! First of all I wanted to place my order through their app. God know that they send me several notifications to order. When I... went to checkout the app gave me an error message, I changed cards and nothing. I decided to stop by the store since I wasalready craving and order and get out as soon as I could. With Covid19 I am not going out and ordering through apps or foodservices. The store was empty as I expected. When I first went in there were 2 employees and neither acknowledged me until Ispoke. The cashier was doing something at the register and I had to wait until he finished to get my order. He was friendly andhad all his protection gear on, so no complaint there. However, the other employee seemed to be washing dishes or stocking upthe ingredients and passed by the front were my food was being prepared 3 times with his mask on his chin. I waited to see ifmaybe out of courtesy he would put it on but he did not. He spoke to the employee preparing my food and still his mask on hischin. I spoke up without being rude and told him "You have to wear your mask properly" he looked at me and mumbled something andwent to the back. When he came back out he had his mask on properly. I too have a full time job were I am required to wear mymask all day, specially when I am near other people. I know it is suffocating and bothers but I also think that he should haveput it on first thing I came in. I do not know if he is sick and he is near my food and he does not know if a customer coming inis sick and can get him sick. So Subway please instruct your employees to take the proper precautions for their and our safety.This was a violation on security measures for not having his mask on and he was definitly not 6 ft away which woth more reasonhe should have had it on without being told by a customer. 1st of all the place was empty so I know the employee was mad to see us walk in, and as I expected, she wasn't friendly, she... wasn't welcoming, she rushed us, she didn't t hff ank us, and walked into an office after she gave us our cup, and we testedsome of the drinks to see if she would return and offers and help or assistance but she didn't, wow shaking my head. It bothersme that people apply to these types of jobs and get mad at you when they have to serve you. Hell if she would've been a bit morefriendlier, I could've given her a slew of work from home jobs. She flunked with flying colors, sorry Boo, but you would've beendone got fired if you were working for me!!!! My receipt is my Subway Cup....By The Way We Were From Dallas Texas! Read more

If I can give them a 0 I would, I came in this morning just wanting some cream and sugar for my coffee, I usually visit this... restaurant for a drink or chips or something because I visit the barber shop next door, they told me no they didnt have any butI clearly saw it behind her. They have been denying the barbers coupons when they purchase food from there but for othercustomers they would give them the coupons, you just lost business from all of us. Read more
