Language problem. In Laredo Texas El Paso Texas Eagle Pass Texas. I don't run into the problems that I do in Miami.
We had a good experience at this location around lunchtime on a Sunday. We arrived and got in line as there were a couple of... customers ahead of us. There was only one employee working the counter...both building sandwiches as well as cashing peopleout. When it was our turn, we placed our take-out orders. The employee was friendly and professional, and our sandwiches weremade perfectly! Since there were five people in our party, she put different colored tabs on our sandwiches so we could tellwhich one was which, without having to unwrap it. When we got home to eat, the subs were flavorful. Overall, this is a goodlocation. The parking lot is easy to navigate, the store is clean, the menu boards are easy to read, and the employee whohelped us was great. BEWARE These people overcharge you and get confrontational when you ask them why. They don?t speak English and seem to have... worked for the communist party in Cuba where they are used to stealing and abusing. Read more
