Today I went to subway at 2:15pm it was supposed to be open and the doors were locked and I called several times and no answer... and then they would forward the calls this is soo unprofessional and lack of work ethics you can tell the staff do w.e they wantat this location we waited for more then 30 minutes and still noone answer the phone or open the doors. One of the worst things is coming to an establishment and they tell you they are close because their ready to go. Not only did... the guy tell me they were close at 9:30 when the restaurant shows closing at 11pm online, but he legit argued with me about it.Company?s talk about customer service and satisfaction I didn?t receive any of that. If I search for what time a certainlocation close and I get there and Im told you?re close 1hr and 30 mins before actually closing time let?s me know that certainrestaurant dose not want my business. Have been going there for greater part of 5 years and have been always treated well. Food is good and get what you ask for. Why... the poor rating? Just walked out of the shop around 4:20 PM and was treated like an invisible person. Waited at the counter butthe attendant was more concern with the iPad and online orders. Never made eye contact looked the other way while supposedlyasking what I wanted. Meanwhile the other attendant had a foul mouth ranting on a piece of equipment while walking to the backno being bothered. I do not need that. Nobody should be treated that way. I know the owner and most of the employees there. Theyare great. These two knuckleheads are the reason for this review. Read more

Staff had a nasty attitude. I inquired about a promotion that apparently isn?t available at this location and she treated me... like if I were stupid. I asked questions hoping to clarify my knowledge on the promotion and she only turned more rude by theminute. This subway used to be good when the workers used to be nice, now they include a side of nasty attitude with your order.Jimmy Johns is 5 minutes away and they definitely treat people better?at least at that specific location, can?t speak for therest. Good evening, my name is Nelson. I just left the subway that I have visiting for a couple of years now, very upset and hungry.... Unfortunately the person at the front said that it was time to close @ 10:29 PM when the door clearly states it closes @11:00pm. And not only that I?ve come here several times. However that?s not the reason for my email. It sad that I have to dealwith people that obviously don?t want help the customers. I asked for a pizza and he said he didn?t have anymore, but thecurious thing is, that it is not the first time this happens. He said that if I were to order something else it would have to beto go since need to clean the place, for that you should close at 10 or not open at all. Honestly that?s why I try to go earlieron the day when Patty is working, she usually takes care of me and I leave satisfied. Best employee you probably have. I used tocome to subway every night from Monday to Friday, but because of visits like the one I just had is that I barely come anymore.It is sad and unfortunate. I hope someone get this message.
