Don?t order here, especially online, unless you want to receive a sandwich completely different from what you ordered. I have... ordered 4 sandwiches for my wife and I between yesterday and today, and all 4 of them have been incorrect. Yesterday was only aslight inconvenience which I just accepted, but today they put many sauces I never asked for, and got the type of bread wrong onevery sandwich. Some toppings were missing as well. I asked for my sandwich to be replaced, and they did it reluctantly. When Ireceived the new sandwich, it still had the type of bread wrong. I?m never ordering from here again, which is a shame because Ireally love subways. So far, 3 of the workers (2 male 1 female) have been unpleasant. I was also served a bottle of soda whichwasn?t refrigerated and warm, and I had to get myself one from the fridge and leave the warm one. Read more

This is the WORST SUBWAY LOCATION I HAVE EVER WALKED INTO, LUIS WAS THE WORST SUBWAY I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!!! You can tell... when someone wants to work and when someone just wants to run the clock and that?s exactly what he was doing with absolutely noregards to customers needs. The employee luis was extremely rude to me. I was ordering my food but I speak in a natural soft voice. He had trouble hearing... me but another customer next to me heard me perfectly fine and told him what toppings to add to my sandwich. Then the employeeLuis started fussing at me for no reason because I have a soft speaking voice and I questioned him are you yelling at me for thesound of my voice. He snatched my food and threw it away. I guarantee if I was a non black woman I would have received bettertreatment. And yes I was the only black woman in the store. Place is cold, good for Miami but the people are even colder. The sandwich is OK and that's it. No optional was offered, no... promos or combos. Official language is Spanish apparently. When a friend came in they started chatting - very loudly, btw inSpanish. Organized and quite clean. Seems to follow procedures but nothing extraordinary. Read more
Lately there is no experience of food to tell about I live across the street and lately this subway is in the hands of 2... employees at night that close early when they decide lately they lock the door between 8 and 830pm. They also convenientlyscratched off the closing store hours because they close when they decide. Whoever owns this must be losing money because thistype of employee can ruin any business and good reputation. Read more
