Maybe if you paid your workers a better wage me and 4 other people in line doesn?t have to wait 20 minutes to place an order.... Hire more workers. At least we had chairs to sit while we waited. Read more

The truth is that this Subway restaurant disappointed me, I ordered something through Uber eats and they sent me something... totally different and I tried to communicate and they never answered the phone. I had to go to the restaurant to ask for arefund and the girl who was serving was not friendly at all and they did not give me a full refund. good management is neededin this place. Read more

The employee had head phones on and didn?t remove them until the third time they asked me to repeat myself (which I did in... English and Spanish) followed by them removing their mask to ask again what I said when they couldn?t understand. Thesandwiches were made falling apart out of the wrapper. Not to mention the employee refused to give a refund, name, or get themanager/owner on the phone. I sure as heck wasn?t going to eat this uncooked mess. I work in restaurant management and you canbet an employee who treated a customer like this would get a well deserved ?promotion? to customer. Mistakes happen, but actingas if you?re in the right after making blatant mistakes as well as being rude is something really special. Read more

My husband ordered from Subway through the Uber app. When I got the order it was completely wrong. I tried calling the store to... see why I got the wrong order. Wanted to see if the Uber driver messed up. For 20 minutes all I get is a busy sound. Never foundout why I didn?t get the right food. Read more

Hello I went to this Subway around 4:30 pm today 5/04/20 and the store was opened inside,me and my girlfriend wanted to order... something to go,but unfortunately the employee that was there told me that she would only take orders online with an unfriendlyvoice,very strange because a few days back I went and everything went well ,some other employee was there and that person wasnice and friendly plus it's closer to my house,but since the employee that was there today and didn't want to help I calledanother Subway #29354-0. Located at 13630 SW.120th street bay #226 and the person was really helpful on the phone so I drovethere and I was able to order my food,please I would like some information regarding this matter,not happy with that Subway poorcustomer service thank you.
