With everything going on in the world today, people complaining about service is not helpful and petting considering how hard... the few people there are willing to work have it. I?ve been meaning to write this review for awhile and I had a very set mind about this subway until today. My boyfriend and I... have been coming to this subways for YEARS now and we were always attended by the old manager Beatriz. A few months back I wasalerted that Beatriz has taken on a new role in the company and the new managers name is Berthania. At first it was glares, myboyfriend likes a lot of spicy and everytime we would ask for extra she would just give us a look to the point where we startedfeeling uncomfortable whenever we would order with her. The last straw was a day where I asked for extra mozzarella because shewould cut a single slice in 4 pieces and charge me 2 dollars. She told me I would have to pay extra. My normal 27 dollar ordersuddenly became 34. I asked why she responded with ?store policy? which I didn?t mind but I had ordered the same many times andnever paid that amount. After this whenever she would be on shift I would turn around and eat somewhere else. That all changedtoday. I had the pleasure of meeting Ariel and Anna. They completely changed my mind about this subway. I have received the BESTSERVICE I have ever gotten at that subway ever. I will come back JUST FOR THEM they made me and my boyfriend feel so comfortablewith our experience and for once my boyfriend didn?t feel ashamed for his selecting of sandwich. Subway if there is anything youcan take from this review, is to hire more employees like Ariel and Anna who care for their customers. Ariel has apperently beenworking for many years and came back after awhile. His service and knowledge shows this. If this manager continues her wrath ofrudeness and stinginess she will run this subway to the ground. ( the worst part is that I complained about the manager at thestore and the customer behind me agreed and started telling her story) how sad. Read more
I order a meatball salad ???? when I got to my car the meatballs ware cold from a fridge temperature. The person that I talk to... was extremely disrespectful she got mad BC I hear her talking to the manager and she told the manager she heat the meatballswhich is not true! And I told her not to lie she come out of her work area as if she wanted to get in to a physical fight withme I was so shock! They really need some customer service training. Horrible experience at this subway! Dayana was unfriendly and rude, was bothered when I asked for extra time on the toaster. She... also got upset after she messed up on MYYY order. Never going there again P.S. I found a roach in the bathroom ???? ???????? Read more
Giving 2 star just to be nice. The lady who attended me had very little patient. I came in with my nephew, and he was deciding... on topics and she kept trying to hurry him up, considering there was no line. Not satisfied with service at all. Read more
Very rude lady, treated us disrespectfully. We are tourists and she didn?t want to explain bread choices or understand the type... of bread we were asking for (baguette) then asked for a fork and told me that in America pizza is eaten with the hands. Veryrude. Read more
when i was leaving just to grab my chips there was a COCKROACH on them i had already paid and just showed it to the guy and left... but it was so disgusting that i just turned around and i threw both sandwiches in the trashcan... i took a picture but it waswith snapchat i was not able to screenshot... i demand a refund!!!! ???? They charged us extra because we only wanted one type of meat. They still made our sub wrong. They didn?t want to exchange it.... They said they had to call their manager. They finally decided to exchange it but with an attitude. Yes it?s fresh but theircustomer service is awful! Read more
