I placed an order on the app. With specific instructions. My sandwiches did not get toasted and upon getting there the cookies I... ordered were sold out. The person in charge didn?t do anything to try to accommodate the inconvenience. The meatballs in mydaughters sub were burnt as well. The whole experience was not good. The first time in a long time. Because I?m an avid Subwayeater. I won?t be going back anytime soon. There was also a language barrier. People that work there should be able tocommunicate with all different types of customers. August 2, 2021 Only 1 employee working during lunch hour. Why? Bad first impression with the staff, made me wait for 10 minutes... there was no one else in line. Only 2 choices of bread, a staff member went to the back and came back with chicken breast in herhand. Read more

They don't like restocking items, their veggies look old sometimes ): sometimes they have fresh stock.. EDIT: This is not a... case of mistaken identity, this happens often and I walk out. I have walked out due to employee negligence, untidiness as wellas refusal to bring out fresh vegetables. If you really want me to write about all the horrible experiences at this subway Iwill. Once I asked for a sandwich with the meat on the side and they gave me a hard time asking me what am I going to do withthe meat. They didn't want to give it to me the food and tried to change my order. Another time, I asked for spinach instead oflettuce because I had developed an allergy that reacted baddly to lettuce and they barely wanted to put spinach until one of theemployees who understood and never gave me a hard time explained it to them. Another time, my sandwich got left for 10 minutesalready made on the table without ringing me up because your store was UNDERSTAFFED and the poor people working couldn't focuson finishing my order. So I left. Not to mention the different times I've seen the veggie area a mess or with damaged tomatoesthat look frozen and restocked in the morning. Next time, I'll make sure to take photos and video of the occurance, upload itto youtube as well as google maps so you won't think my "finger slipped" or I had mistaken your identity. Read more
