This Subway store is an embarrassment to such a well-known franchise. The employees inside the store are very distracted, and... extremely slow. There is no concentration while preparing the meals due to employees having conversations with eachother. We'vevisited this store several times, and each time it's gotten worse. Read more

Poor customer service, both ladies treat people very rude, even for asking what kind of bread would you like to eat...... annoying. And what kind of subway franchise is this, that doesnt accept subway coupons? As per the lady none of the subways fromthe owner accept coupons. I Really would like to know wich are all, to do not visit them. Next time will go to publix for a sub. Read more
Okay so my experience was uncomfortable since lots of the employees didn’t know how to speak English and only spoke Spanish... mostly. Wish they spoke English. Also I didn’t know I was going to be charged 3.00 dollars more for extra meatballs which theydidn’t even address it to me. The lady employee there was rude when she said why do you need extra meatballs and I was nicelysaying well I’m hungry and wanted to eat a little more. Then after I was trying to redeem a coupon with them but theyexplained why I couldn’t do it which they were right but there behavior wasn’t the best. Not a one star because they made mysandwich well prepared but other than it would of been a one star! Read more
Honestly giving one star because I can’t give negative stars! But these people should be trained again. I come to this one... everyday because it is close to my job, but they lost my business today. I ordered a wrap and the lady put about 1/3 chicken shewas supposed to so I asked her to put more and was charged for what I am supposed to get. This subways should be out ofbusiness! There is another one on 42nd st they are cleaner and a lot more friendly I recommend you go there! Read more
