One of the worst service that I have seen in years, plus the y will try charge you extra!!! Asked for the sandwich of the day... ($7.99) the lady told me that it was $8.87 because of the taxes.... I tried to explain to the lady that on my receipt clearlystates that she or THE SYSTEM like she said was charging me $8.29 not her. That I should communicate with Management to fix theissue. Also, she states that I am the only person that has complained about it. Its not a mater of the cents difference, it's amatter of principle and training + plus the 2 employees ATTITUDE!!!! Read more

Horrible service, we walked in at 9:30PM employee yelled at us while clapping her hands that we needed to hurry up since they... were closing in " 30 minutes"!! How long did she think it would take to prepare a sandwich ? Did she believe that heragitated clapping would force us to order faster? If she were working anywhere else with that attitude, she would be FIRED immediately ! Read more

Horrible experience, both workers had an ill attitude and poor work ethic. Made me a sloppy sub and charged me for extras I did... not ask for and gave me horrible attitude when I brought it to their attention. I would not advise coming to this subwaylocation unless you want to leave unsatisfied. Read more

On Saturday May 16, I placed an order online at 7:42 pm for pick up. I received a confirmation email telling me that my order... was confirmed and my pick up time was 8.00 pm. I went to the store on time and the lady working there just told me she neverconfirmed the order and it was time to close and if I want to get my money back I should call to the company.I consider thisconduct very disrespectful and lack of customer service. I would like to get and explanation from someone in this store tounderstand how the employees there can refuse to fulfill an order already paid and confirmed by the company. Thank you. Read more

HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE. I go to this subway all the time, and never have I been treated with such attitude by an employee... there. My husband and I want to grab something to eat on our way home and saw it was closed at 11 pm. It was 9:45. The door waslocked. When I knocked the older lady with blond hair waved us off. When she saw me standing there she then came and unlockedthe door and walked away. I asked her if she was closed, and with terrible attitude, she said she was alone so she needs lockthe door. She was so rude we decided to not even eat there. I am appalled and can honestly say I will not be returning to thissubway again, or until they talk to their staff. Read more
