Always as slow as they can be It?s always full of people and they don?t care Really bad service. ???? It?s abusive.

Slow. Finally got to order and coffee was cold. Manager brewed more but it came out cold and he didn?t care? got a refund.

Literally the worst Starbucks. I?ve traveled to dozens of airports around the world and never seen something like this. Every... time it takes 30 minutes or more to get a coffee. The line feels like it barely moves. This is unacceptable even for Miamistandards. Either staff up your team or airport needs another decent coffee shop. Read more

Get ready to wait a long time to get your coffee (even when there?s no line) and when you get it, get ready to get your tongue... burnt. A really hot coffee can happen once in a while, but when all the coffees come out piping hot, then there?s a barista whodoesn?t like serving people and should look for another job. Not at all clean. Puting at stake the very essence of starbucks. The women at cash counter around 11 AM couldn't spell my name... and didn't bother to ask again and, instead wrote a very rude name. That?s not how one wants a morning to be like. I understandit?s tough to spell all names when people from all over the world visit the airports but atleast have the courtesy to ask again. Read more

Extremely slow and disorganized service. Made the wrong drink and didn?t fixed it until being asked several times!

This is located inside MIA Airport by Delta gate 5. Workers are way too slow for travelers who have less than two hours to waste... and want to take something inside the plane. The waiting line is ridiculously long. Good for a passenger who has a couple ofhours to waste. I travel at list twice a month. Trust me,, this stupid long line is constant.
