If I was able to give no star I will do it. I?ve always come to this Starbucks location and had a great customer service. Today... I went and asked for a cookie crumble mocha. The place is nice but the music is too loud and asking staff to lower the volume does not work for long as it comes back up... after a few minutes. The music selection seems full of trumpets and other piercing sounds that penetrate through everyheadphones so if you?re trying to listen to your own music or even watch a video it comes accompanied with bizarre sounds.
