If I was able to give no star I will do it. I?ve always come to this Starbucks location and had a great customer service. Today... I went and asked for a cookie crumble mocha. Order was completely wrong I went back to the server that had taken my order toplease fix it. ?Rin? gave me an attitude and told me this was the correct drink but she will make it again, she gave me astraight coffee with whipped cream, none of the drinks were the ones I asked for? very disappointed with this Starbucks and thepoor customer service Read more
