I just got out of starbucks and there was a tab in my coffee!! Since there is a woman named Coco with 6 centimeters of... eyelash!! That literally unhygienic!! The boy who is preparing the coffee today has a microphone hairstyle, he saw how hishair fell everywhere !! Please manager check the cameras!! I go to Starbucks for a predictable experience. What I have in NY vs Miami vs Midwest, etc. Should feel the same. I will say the... barista was certainly pleasant and polite, but the team did not ?flow?. She made my egg bites while leaving me in paymentpending so I had to stand awkwardly waiting at the counter. Meanwhile my coffee came up; I told another staff member ?I?ll beright there, waiting for tip/payment approved screen.? Her response was ?don?t worry about that? lol so I took my coffee and hada seat, not being given the opportunity to tip. She also said they only have regular cream cheese and brought me a raisin bagelwhen I ordered an everything bagel. All in all, a very underwhelming experience. I?ll go elsewhere. Read more

I?ve got very mixed feelings about this Starbucks. I?ve been coming here on and off for 5 years and I?ve seen the staff change... however the manager has been there for the years that I have been coming. He is a great person, good personality and seems to berespectful to his employees. The staff sometimes is hit or miss. There is an older man (relatively new) that has a negativeattitude and talks to the other employees with no patience. I came in today and ordered my normal drink, I took off the lid tomy personal cup and he said ?we can?t make it in your cup unless it?s clean??.I replied ?it is clean? I had just washed my cup(I always do this before I come) so?you just assumed without looking that I brought a dirty cup to Starbucks ? Sometimes in themorning they are super busy but they work hard to accommodate everyone but I have seen much more friendly employees at otherlocations. The customer satisfaction is the reason I have chosen Starbucks for over a decade?it?s unfortunate that someemployees have Dunkin attitudes. Read more
Tyana made our coffee experience so enjoyable. The candor not only with her guests but with her teammates was that of passion... for their positions. Tyana is personable and full of life. My husband and I are Starbucks regulars but have never had such a funtime ordering coffee.
