Always running out of things without notice. A sign would be great to know that ya don?t have it in stock. It?s always like that... coming to this Starbucks. Whoever doing the orders need to do a better job. Alway wasting people time in these long lines tofind out they are out of something at the register. Read more
I ordered a shaken espresso with signature espresso instead of blonde espresso and the barista asked me what did I mean by... signature espresso. Girl, what??!! She was nice, just clearly uninformed. Used to be my favorite Sbux location but they've beenslacking lately. The drinks from the past few weeks have been disappointing. I'll be back in a couple months when new team isbetter trained. i always get a pink drink and for some reason this store can rarely get it right. i asked for no berries and received with... berries, no big deal. i asked if they could remake it and i got it back to see they only scooped it out. slightly annoying butnot that big of a deal, i?ll live. but the drink seemed as if it was only coconut milk. it didn?t even look slightly pink, icould barely even taste the strawberry açaí. whatever they?re doing it seems they need to be doing the opposite of that.normally would?ve asked for it to just be remade as a whole or just get a refund but i was in a rush and wasn?t able to. inormally wouldn?t leave a review about this but since it happens so often i thought i might as well. Worst Starbucks I ever been! I ordered few drinks - hazelnut hot latte and dragonfruit lemonade. Both was made wrong. Barista... was dressed so dirty and smelled like he doesn?t know what it laundry and shower. He was taking orders for drive true at thesame time and probably that?s why messed up my drinks. He was also very rood. I arrived at 7 pm Friday, placed supposed to beopen till 9 pm, but the took away all the food and told me they closing soon. I was planning to sit outside and asked if theycan help me to clean up outside table a little after the rain, but they refused that.. I asked to speak with the manager butthat dirty barista told me hi is the manager and refused to tell me his name? I left that place and I would not recommend thisplace to anyone.. Read more
