Love Starbucks coffee (especially their cold brew and their blonde espresso roast), but this location is probably one of my... least favorites in Kendall because they are very inconsistent on their cold/iced coffee orders. They vary each time I go.Sometimes the coffee drinks are good and sometimes they are just not well made at all. And sometimes they can mess an order upterribly... BUT that's the reason I gave them 5 stars on service. They always do their very best to fix the problem and they doit with a great and genuinely apologetic attitude. So that's why I will continue to go there when I'm in that area. If theycould just work a bit more on their consistency, I'd be happy to adjust my rating and go there more often. Read more
When ever I go to Starbucks I usually get the Caramel Frap, but this drink got my attention at first once I saw it so I have it... a try. The Pink Drink is made with coconut milk and strawberry?s. The sweetness was good and it was really refreshing. Thisdrink would be a 8/10 for good sweetness and for being refreshing. Read more
Love this Starbucks. Always clean, very big inside so lots of room for social distancing! When the staff found out it was my... birthday they made it a point to make it special (which? hello!! They?re going above and beyond. You don?t expect that at aStarbucks) I don?t remember her name but the girl with the short black hair (with some neon hair dye too) was so awesome anddrew on my cup (it was adorable) +gave me a cake pop since it was my birthday. She was so sweet and everyone that works there isgreat. They also made sure to ask me if I wanted whipped cream because I asked for soy milk, which is fantastic for those of youthat are vegan/lactose intolerant. Read more
Brand new Starbucks with super friendly baristas and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Great place to sit down for a while... and get some work done (free WiFi) or simply enjoy a coffee / Frappuccino / your typical Starbucks signature drinks. The shopwas sparkling clean and service was fast (but it wasn?t busy while I visited, might be different when there are more peoplearound). There?s a drive-thru, too. Read more

The employees are great but this Starbucks is perpetually understaffed, especially Saturday mornings. I don?t know if an... algorithm does the scheduling, but I have a hard time believing a living breathing person is looking at this situation andsaying, ?yeah, 20 minutes is an excellent turnaround time for a small order.?
