Busy, had to wait in line for 15 minutes, then another 10 minutes to get coffee made/served.
Amazing place and staff. I ordered online and the order didn't go through as expected. I received so much support from the staff... and all the assistance to continue with my order without additional waiting. It turned out to be an issue on the website, andthey offered me a bigger size for the inconvenience. Of course I appreciated however the support and assistance I received wereenough. Always busy, but lines moves fast. The service is amazing, and the coffee/ tea is always fresh, and tasty
It took us about 30 minutes to place an order. Customer service sucks, people working there do not show interest in their job.
I ordered a grande matcha and the drink had only two sips and the rest is ice!! Never experienced that at any Starbucks before!!
