I feel for them because you can tell this spot is severely understaffed. For the most part they have a few regular workers that... are very kind but everyone else just hates their job for what I can tell by reading their face. So be it, it?s just Starbucks. Read more

On Nov 18th went through the Drive Thru it was so horrible I order a caramel Frappuccino waited on line for 25 minutes. I was... stock between two cars couldnt leave. finally I got to the window I received my order. My Frappuccino was pure water it didn'ttaste the caramel. I only taste whipped cream so disgusting. I called the customer services department I was told the Dristrictmanager sample would call me back. Is been 11 days no return call. Apparently management don't care about there customerservice. Also you should have a new employee at the Drive thru. Very disappointing overall experience Read more

6:30pm: Came by the drive thru today and ordered 1 drink but when i got to the window i was being charged for 2 drinks.When i... had corrected Jose at the window i was received with major attitude and he scanned my phone and still overcharged me and thenstated that i still owed for my drink. When i corrected him again and told him that i think he still charged me for 2, he lookedat us crazy and told us he did not but when questioned how much one drink cost he realized he had made a mistake and in fact didovercharge us but there was no apology and he continued to argue that he had not charged me but the money was gone from my app.He continued to be sarcastic and condescending towards us again no apology or statement that he was refunding me the difference.Anyone can make a mistake but don't be rude towards customers when they're trying to speak nicely to associates about theirorder. I am not sure who thinks the way he treats customers is ok but i work in the service industry as a manager and i wouldnot allow my associates to treat customers this way. Read more

I have been here on two separate occasions and they?ve gotten my order wrong. I ordered a double chocolate chip Frappuccino.... first one was flavorless and taste like water second time which is now I get this and I told them this doesn?t look like adouble chocolate chip. It?s usually darker, but they stated it is and it?s completely different. I think they need bettertraining on preparing drinks. Read more

Wish I could give ZERO stars! By far the worst managed Starbucks I have ever stepped foot in. Took them 25 minutes to let me... know that my mobile order placed 10 minutes before I arrived couldn?t be made because they didn?t have mocha?.. meanwhile thestaff looks lost and couldn?t care less about customer service! I?ll never visit this Starbucks again even if they paid me to! Read more

DIRTY WATER! That?s what the coffee tasted like. Ordered a simple ? iced coffee mocha? but was handed a hot coffee. WHAT? It?s... supposed to be cold. Told the guy the order was wrong and he looked confused. Said he didn?t understand what that was. It?s onthe fricken menu dude. Then they made a big deal about it. Finally fixed my order and had to trash it cuz it tasted like dirtywater. Don?t walk away?. RUN from this terrible place! $16 down the drain. From all the bad reviews here, it?s obvious thisplace has gone down hill. AVOID! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Replace management & properly train your employees. It?s not thatcomplicated. Read more

Last 3 times I?ve come here, I?ve ordered a hot drink but asked for kid-temp, and every time they?ve given it to me burning hot.... One of those times they didn?t even have a sleeve and I already knew it wasn?t done correctly because you feel that heat onceyou grab the cup. It?s literally a simple button press guys... do better. Also the night crew could offer better customerservice, they?ve been mildly rude. Read more
